How did it all begin? With a vision: to help women feel confident and beautiful. That is exactly what Elba Ahmetaj, founder of AJ Extensions, has set herself as her task. Because she has turned her personal story into a mission. While she beautifies the full head of many customers every day, she herself is not quite so naturally blessed with a thick mane.
With passion and precision, she and her husband and business partner Sherif Ahmetaj searched for the perfect solution - for all those women who long for more natural volume and length. But please without stress, a cheap look or an empty bank account! This is how AJ Extension was born - and with it invisible extensions that look like your own hair .

From the dream of a full mane to your own brand – welcome to AJ Couture
"Beauty begins with recognizing your own story" - that is not only my personal credo, but also the foundation for AJ Couture . My name is Elba Ahmetaj , founder of this brand that stands for quality, empowerment and timeless beauty. But the path to get here was anything but easy.
I learned early in my life what it means to fight for your dreams. As a young woman with Albanian roots, I was always determined to go my own way - challenges or doubts never stopped me from living my dreams. That's exactly what I learned from my parents! At just 22 years old, I dared to take the step into self-employment. A decision that required not only courage, but also perseverance.
And it has paid off: Today, together with my husband Sherif Ahmetaj, I run the hair salon "Mr&Mrs HAJR" in the Munich district of Lehel. We have made a name for ourselves in the areas of keratin, blondes and hair extensions. Numerous mentions in the media and in magazines such as Harper's Bazar and InStyle speak for themselves. I also lead a team of stylists under the Elba Design brand, who are regularly booked for events and fashion shows such as Armani and styling for major brands such as Adidas.
For over 15 years, together with my husband Sherif Ahmetaj, I have dedicated my life to the art of showing women the best version of themselves. For me, hair is not just hair - it is an expression of personality, strength and self-confidence. My work is about much more than craftsmanship. It is about creating a feeling. A feeling that arises when a woman looks in the mirror and feels beautiful, strong and complete .

Because it is my mission to remind every woman that she deserves to feel beautiful and confident. My Inspiration
The biggest motivation for what I do is my daughter. She is the person who reminds me every day why it is worth fighting for your dreams. I want to show her that anything is possible - as long as you believe in yourself. AJ Extensions is therefore not just a company - it is my legacy. It is proof that passion, hard work and honesty can lead to success.

The idea for AJ Couture came from my own search for the perfect hair solution. I know what it feels like to be dissatisfied with your own hair. I have tested countless products myself and have always had one goal: to bring lightness, naturalness and quality into harmony.
